From ๐’๐ฎ๐ง๐๐š๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”๐ญ๐ก ๐…๐ž๐›๐ซ๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐จ ๐…๐ซ๐ข๐๐š๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐ง๐ ๐Œ๐š๐ฒ, our Founder will be taking on the ๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฑ ๐—›๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ ๐—–๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฒโ€”a journey of discipline, self-improvement, whilst raising awareness for mental health and the work we do at the ๐‚๐Ÿ— ๐…๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง.

Hereโ€™s what he will be doing every day for 75 days:

๐Ÿ Eating a cleaner diet.

๐Ÿง  Practising gratitude.

๐Ÿ‹๏ธ 2x 45 minute workouts.

๐Ÿ’ง Drinking a gallon of water.

๐Ÿ“– Read 10 pages of a non fiction book.

๐Ÿค A small act of kindness.
