Reach out to someone you trust, a friend, family member or colleague. In addition, book an appointment with your GP or a Mental Health professional.
I'm worried about a friend/relative, what should I do?
Gently approach the subject, and allow them to speak freely with no judgement. If they are not ready to speak, do not press. Instead, offer your ear when required, and advise where support can be found.
