Our Goals
Improved Wellness - Helping those with poor mental health get and stay well. Using sports and activities helps improve individuals' mental stability and promotes improving their physical well-being.
Social Participation - We aim to break the cycle of solitude that is so prevalent within those with Mental Health issues. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and inclusive setting for groups of people to interact and support each other.
Continual Improvement - As a charity, we aim to improve our service to all beneficiaries.
Signposting - We aim to ensure all those seeking professional help are signposted to the relevant services. We aim to empower those who seek our support to make informed decisions and take ownership of their recovery.
Support - We will ensure we support and fight for every person who seeks our help
Family - Being together is at the heart of everything we do. We support each other at all times, no matter what. We are a family.
Action - We take action and reach out to EVERYONE who gets in touch with us.
